5. Repayment Obligations

Borrowers are required to:

• Make repayments on time as stipulated in the loan agreement.
• Notify the Company immediately of any changes in financial circumstances that may affect repayment ability.
• Bear any late payment charges, penalty fees, or legal costs arising from default, as specified in the loan agreement.
• Repay the full outstanding loan balance, including accrued interest, in the event of early settlement, subject to any early settlement terms.

6. Accuracy of Information

You warrant that all information provided to the Company is true, complete, and accurate. Any misrepresentation, falsification, or omission of material facts in your application may result in immediate termination of your loan agreement, full recovery of outstanding amounts, and may be referred to the relevant authorities for further action under Malaysian law.

Your personal and financial data will only be used for loan processing, legal compliance, and related purposes as outlined in our Privacy Policy. We do not disclose your information to third parties except as required by law or as necessary for loan processing.
